We have IPO 9.05 with 9611 telephones. The customer has locked their reception telephone. In manager I set a PIN for them. She can go to the unlock feature from her phone, enter the pin, it prompts for pin2, then pin3, then pin4. But it never unlocks.
She can answer but cannot make or transfer calls.
What are we doing wrong? The PIN is 7 digits, a 4 digit pin did not work either.
