Chaps need your valued advise

Have an issue with SDN's been working fine & think the issue has popped up since
a recent INI on the switch Rls 5.5 CS1K M MG with 600 SP Server (MGate)

SDN's already set aren't recognising the remote sites set as ACD NCFW to the CPilot (Central) anymore ?

Steps Taken: Tried Phantom option rather than ACD,Re-created ACD's MAXP 1, Deleted SDN's and Re-Created still CP doesn't see
the string and gives the usual non subscriber response

However the Local SDN works fine to the application, I may try the ARDN Prompt in RDB but why
as I think its the INI that's upset things

Me thinks a possible CP Reboot maybe ?

Appreciate your guidance beforehand

Cheers!!

A bit bizarre this one
endend up pointing the ACDDN's DIRECT to the main site SDN rather than
the CP main DN which had always been set up & working for those remotes
that SDN is pickung up & is working as it should now !!

Still wouldn't mind your take guys

Cheers!!

That's the way to do it. Point all Apps, SDN etc to the main CDN for the CallPilot.....

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Yep, thanks for your take my friend...That was the case before the change
I'm now pointing the ACDDN's to the actual SDN not the CDN Main...Still scratching
my head that is !!

Cheers!!
