I have tried to implement cp5.0 image disks and use the full backup available and keep getting denied. I must be doing something wrong with the process but for the life of me I'm stumped. Must have tried this 20 times regardless of what version of 5.0 version.

Not sure about the trunk to trunk scenario, but maybe in LD 49 and setting up the IDC table(s)for the DID digits coming down the pipe might work.

Never worked on an IP office but it sounds like the IPO and CS1000 are registered to the NRS -step one aok
Some thoughts that might be worth considering ....no particular order
maybe confirm with network group the trunks and ports honour and pass QOS between sites.
confirm both systems match...
Hub is layer 1 device
Switch is layer 2 device- It might be an an idea to double check the network group has set up the vlan associated with the elan correctly (both UTP and fibre ports)

Implement a "flexible CLID table" (CMDB). The CMDB is a rules based table and is accessed if the CNTL setting in the RLB is identified. Solved the issue of external 4 digit (CDP) calls from any external site being sent out the node (via a cfw phone) vs the CLID number...
Basically when the centralized AA/vm redirects a call to my remote node and that extension is hard cfw to the PSTN the CLID shows the AA agnt DN vs the CLID table info setup for the node. I think I have changed everything with no luck so far. This particular site the telco allows my CLID. The...
I can't remember exactly but if you ssh into the actual telephone set you might be able to see the data port connection if active or not with the command set identified in pdtHelp

Not sure if applicable, but maybe hardware type is the issue ?
Never used session manager for SIP purposes however if hardware on a CSE1000E is using a CPPM SS you can use 1 DCH for SIPL and H323. On a CS1000M using HP G7 SS hardware requires a separate SS,separate node, and separate DCH for the...
Not sure if there is a quick way per say. I believe you need to correlate the info between the CS1K and the voice mail system being utilized.
in a typical CS1K with Callpilot I would suspect the following;
CDN - voice messaging(SDN) in Callpilot -
CDN number will correlate in PBX - normally...
Might be worth a try ?
I have had issues where the network and controller cards on the applicable loop sometimes did not play nice in the same sandbox.

Sounds like you are hosting a contact centre type application for a client who is behind a CS1000.
Adding PRI's does not solve anything except additional cost to your client.
Worked with Release trunks when I was with DND. Worked great for a xcountry centralised attendant service-...
Hi Kevin
Never worked with CC6 however from a pbx point of view I suspect if only one agent on the local pbx is originating the external conference calls (3/6 party) when that agent hangs up it will disconnect everyone. I would think that is normal. If you have 2 agents or more (local to the...

Hi vtechv
NTP NN43001-604-05-09 Security Management Fundamentals and NN43001-600 might help.
In call pilot the loggs show the account and IP of who is accessing the voice mail system, just not sure about the IP being identified when accessing the pbx -- however -- I know the account is...
