Hi all,

I have an issue with two DCH configured on our CS1000 system, one DCH is used for SIP trunk and other for SIP Line (register third party sip phones)

The issue that we have, is we cannot get the both DCH working at the same time !!

We have to disable one DCH to get the other work and vice versa

I don't know what can be the problem

Any idea ?

Thank you in advance.

Is your Sip Trunk Gateway and your SIP Line Gateway in the same Node, if so wouldn't you only need one DCH? I haven't done ant SIP Line but think that's the case.

Hi bignose21, yes correct, I'm using the same Node for both DCH (SIP Trunk with Session Manager and SIP Line for third party SIP Phone)

I don't try if it will work with the same DCH for both features (sip trunk and sip phone)

Thank you

Not sure if applicable, but maybe hardware type is the issue ?
Never used session manager for SIP purposes however if hardware on a CSE1000E is using a CPPM SS you can use 1 DCH for SIPL and H323. On a CS1000M using HP G7 SS hardware requires a separate SS,separate node, and separate DCH for the SIPL stuff.
Only a thought ...
