SDK

If you do not have the ability to do your own Crystal Reports then you should consider Accpac Query. It is a very nice, easy to learn and use, reporting tool. And it's pretty inexpensive to boot.

Optional fields are awesome but, as you say, it is sometimes a lot easier when they are accessible elsewhere. We have done a bunch of these mods to both OE and PO.

The table ARAGED is used by the system as a temp file while printing. It should in theory clear after each print but doesn't. Check the table and if it has tx, backup, clear the table and try again. While you're in the table, make sure it has the field RECORDNO in it.

Typically would happen if you chose an allocation method which does not allow the system to do teh proration - eg you chose weight but there are no weights associated with the items. BTW - you are playing with fire. Dump Plus and get newer software.

Kenny, PO6.1C is a very, very old product and even at it's best it was flaky. That's why it was replaced by Inventory Receipts, which became the standard PO system for Plus. Your company is extremely short sighted and this will someday cost them way more than to upgrade to more recent software.

With the latest service packs, ACCPAC 5.3 will run on Vista. Make sure any 3rd party software you run will be OK.
