I think the firewall settings change in 3.0 check to see if HTTP traffic is allowed.If it is on, turn it off and merge and then turn it back on and merge.

Check user form for call-appr buttons. when there are no appearance button those funtion will not work but you can still recieve calls.

Thanks for the help. But I finally found the problem it was with the groups. the voice port in the audix are supposed to be in group 2 only. I had them in group 1. Also My hunt group was administered wrong. On page 2 of hunt group form messaging needs to be "AUDIX" also the 2 field below that...

I have the same problem on a AUDIX LX where the time is off by 5 minutes per month. Do you really think its a problem with the mother board, also can't we sync it with a time server of some sort or replace the mother board if thats really it?

The only way I could fix it is to remove the upgrade and load the older version now it appears to work fine!

After uninstalling older version of phone manager and reinstalling phone manager 2.1 I get "Invalid Stream Format" when the executable is opened via the desk top as well as the accuall program folder "c:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager". Got any Ideas?
