Phone Manager Pro. ACT Screen pops

Customer is using "ACT 2005 Premium for workgroups".On a IP Office 403 release 3.0 with all XP Pro operating systems. I have installed phone manager Pro Release 3.0.12.

I have added my cell phone as a record but when ever I call with ACT open on the desk top I get "Class not registered." in a phone manager pro window. Can anyone please help???????
 
Class not registered"

This means that a control has not been registered within the Windows Operating System.
The control can be a .dll, .ocx, .exe or something like it.

Usually a problem within the Microsoft DotNet environment.
Reinstall .Net with updates and try again.
 
Yes I can dial from ACT. I will try removing and reinstalling .NET I have not tryed thAt yet. Thanks for the reply.
 
I don't want to remove ".net" till I know I'm putting a newer copy back on.I know it comes on the voicemail pro CD but how new is it.Please help!
 
You can find updates for the .Net environment on the support site of Microsoft.
If you select Windows Update it will find the .net update automaticly if needed.
 
It seems that ACT release 7 is not supported by avaya How ever thier are registry setting that can be change to make it work. I will post them after I recieve them.
