3.0 issue

recently upgraded to 3.0.
Line appearance worked great.
My Ip office is acting as a HUb to our network.
DHCP mode is off cause our server is in DHCP mode.
I now cannot connect to my Network or internet.
any reason why I lost my connection to my server?
I installed my IP Office configuration file to another Ip Office that is at 2.1 and I now can connect to my server and internet.

Why would 3.0 not connect?
All I did was dump my IP Office configuration file onto 3.0.
help!

I think the firewall settings change in 3.0 check to see if
HTTP traffic is allowed.If it is on, turn it off and merge and then turn it back on and merge.
