IP 403 release 2.1(27)
with a PRI card in it and A T-1 from AT&T
the T1 is B8ZS ESF.
On all outbound calls none of the buttons work, such as transfer, conference etc.. When you hit hold it will disconnect the caller.
On all inbound calls all features work perfectly.
could this be a Timing issue w/ AT&T?
any ideas would be appreciated

Which slot is your PRI card in? Also, is it truly T1 (24 voice chanels) or PRI (23b+d) being supplied by AT&T?

Peter

The PRI card is in Slot B and yes it is truly a 24 channel T1

Check user form for call-appr buttons. when there are no appearance button those funtion will not work but you can still recieve calls.

All the users have appearance buttons, but on that note wouldn't that affect the incoming calls as well?

Sounds to me like you're not receiving a Connect message from AT&T... assuming you are supposed to get one on T1, I normally work with PRI :) But it makes sense, oui? I would talk to AT&T

Peter

Just a FYI all.
The problem was AT&T's. They did not have Answer Supervision turned on for outbound calls.
