Hi john, really thanx for such a quick response .......but the feature u discussed i think that is controlled by the Propmt CWTH in LD 23.....if the no. of calls in queue cross the CWTH value then the lamp lights up ......but wot about the CWTT prompt ....

Hi sandyml, well host 3 is actually gateway which i guess we need to add and also that should be the route destination too .hence its done ......if i out the host 3 then in my host table there wont be any gateway .....may be i m wrong so waitin for ur advise regarding shall i do wot u suggested...

try using sdi cards on first slot in CAB 2 which will give u 2or 1 sdi login ports ........check with ur vendor regarding the card info ........it exists and u can have sdi ports from CAB 2 .but u cant use them for backup,software upgrade etc which r sole functionalities of TTY 0 ...........

its analog trunks or ITG trunks ..........i think its ITG trunks as dch(a digitl trunk concept) can never get associated with any analog trunks.........
