mail box deleted is gone. If u are gettign not in service , it means u dont have a phone on the ext u are trying u call. If it was a virtual extension then re create the mailbox and u will be fine. A new mail box will have 0000 as the starting password. Chris

you have to actually reach u r extension first and on reaching your own voice mail greeting hit * * followed by mailbox number+password. The voice mail will behave after that as if u were at your own desk Chris

I have a Option 11C with 3904 phone. The phone has many extensions assisgned to ring on it (SCR XXX). The display on the 3904 does not show whos calling when the assigned extns ring. Any ideas why this can happen? Chris

i have a similar issue with ASM8 on a BCM 1000. The port can dial out but cannt receive incoming calls, seeeems to be a bug. BCpaul
