What is the easiest method to swap DN's without using the set relocation feature? Can set relocation cause problems if certain precautions are not followed?

Thanks,

Soop

change the cross connect, if you dont want to use set relocation, is in fact a better way
Yes ...

Ohh I would change the cross connect if I was on site. I should have said swapping the sets remotely in software.

Assuming that both sets are digital or both analog, find and unused tn.
List your TNs as 1, 2, and unused.
Move TN2 to unused, move TN1 to TN2, and Move unused to TN1. This is an example for moving two sets, but the principle can be expanded for more moves.

You can do a DN renumber on the wizard.

That will exchange the extensions number
