nortel norstar voicemail system 3

we have a problem with our nortel norstar voice mail system. It seems that we can not make anymore accounts. We should be able to have 24, but I counted 16 names in the directory and can't make anymore. Can someone let me know how this problem can be solved. Thank you very much.

Depends on what type of voice mail you are using. Either way you should call your vendor. He will be able to figure out what is going on, and possibly provide you with more mailboxes (if it is a call pilot.)

its its a call pilot the keycodes define the number of voive mail boxes u can have.

it its 24 ...then it looks like a Flash2 ...
which is generally 22 general + 1 sys admin + 1 gen dely

maybe stale mailboxes, or corrupt mailboxes
connect a printer and run a mailbox report ...or get a vendor to do it for you

if is CP then u can buy more mailboxes as bcpaul and bkrike said
