Should be in your repository from when you performed the upgrade. From tasks check the settings tab under deployment to see that 3.5 is an available upgrade.

Check some of the old threads in this message board. Several people have posted about this before, my fix for this has been to uninstall old epoagent on the client and reinstall new agent if you recenlty deployed EPO 3.X. Other threads have other suggestions. good luck.

I have seen this before just double click in any grey area around the task manager window and you will get your normal task window back. Not sure why this happens but it took a bit to figure it out.
