Anyone done much of this in 2003 Server? I ran into so many problems trying to get this to work on 2000 Server with Intel Pro 1000 NICs and the Intel Pro software that I gave up. I'm interested in giving it another shot with some new 2003 Server boxes using Broadcom NetXtreme NICs but am having problems finding documentation that helps. We're configured for Cisco VLANs but I'm not leveraging that technology because of my lack of knowledge/understanding on this. Any help, sites, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

we use broadcom teaming and it was pretty intuitive, load the teaming software, reboot, open the teamin console programs list or net id and start creating your team by choosing your 2 nics, you want fault tolerance for your team not load balancing though.
