Resolution: The user figured it out. It was under System Utilities (or the other option which needs a password) and the user had to remember his password. He changed a setting and how everything works find. I can't post the exact fix because the user won't tell me what he actually did.

Creating each class day as an individual task seems to be the only way. Even when the task is scheduled as I said before, and the calendar bar styles are changed,it still doesn't place the info at every bar. Maybe another project management software will do it.

Issue Resolved. McAfee Total Protection updated last night and is causing problems. I haven't fixed the problems - just temporarily uninstalled McAfee. Stopping the McAfee services didn't fix the problem.

Are you talking about the Assign Resources box, where you select the resources to assign to a task? Is so, you can sort it by click on "Resource Name".
