    Yep, upgrade them to CC6 with callpilot. or do they have a VPS card ?? if so use the VPS card to give the announcements. these cards were notoriously flakey at the best of times.. do they have voice mail. either which way your hands are tied using secc ah 25-40b the last of the stable releases !!

    Pre rls 22, you needed to go in to debug "$$" to find the password, alternatively if you have a low level password, do an xbk, upgrade to a rls 22 + switch and the rest is what us old Nortel boys do daily

    I've had the same issue, this was down to the server itself, stupidly did not check the pvi checker close enough, the server was a DL380 2 x quad core i.e 8 cores, rep server will only work up to quad core, removing the second processor and reinstalling the softwrae resolved the issue
