Hi fellow CC6 Guru's, I'm trying to set up agent desktop toolbar for voice only users, i.e CC6, CCT only no CCMM. everyting works fine i.e mappings on the CCT, run ref client up and everything works.
If you fire toolbar, it comes up but everything is greyed out, and you cannot do anything
TCMSETUP was run on the client pc's to point the telphony service to the cct server.
Also tried running Julmars softphone, but similar thing, cannot pick up the line.
I'm starting to wonder if I have left something out here i.e is there another way of pointing the toolbar to CCT. On ref client you configure this information. Julmars soft phone there is no such configuration
Thoughts and advise please.
