I can back up 0x32s ok with my new laptop using windows 2000. that is with direct connect and remote acess. I can connect to an 8x24 but can't back it up with the schedular.

Using nortel manager 3.5 I can back up an dr5 8x24 using the scheduler on my laptop with windows 98 but my new laptop using windows 2000 will not do the back up using the same program. what I'm I doing wrong?

It don't sound like the mail box has been opened. You can open it from another ext. It will not take a msg before it is opened. .
