    I am not sure but I think the file you are looking for is the Ntuser.dat file located underneath your profile. Anytime a user amkes specific cahnges to their desktops (ie - wallpapaer, screensavers, etc...) it is stored for them indiviually in their ntuser.dat file. Hope this helps.
