    Verify that the system programming is on receiver volume=set instead of system. Swap handsets & cords with a known good one. If it is on set volume it should stay at that level. Other than that, do you have the "exact type of set" to swap with that one? Steve tele-dataservices.com

    I had a MCI LD PRI on a job. They told me they couldn't do NI at all. I told them my options in the switch. We both could do DMS2500. Poof!!! Worked like a charm. As long as both ends are the same you should be fine. After both ends are changed I would reboot. Steve tele-dataservices.com
