I think that the easiest way to apply permissions is to map it out on paper first. Applying permissions can be tricky. Try not to deny permissions unless it is absolutely necessary. It makes your job a lot harder.

You can't really change the MAC address without replacing the NIC card in the printer. The MAC address is a hard coded address that is unique to the NIC. Therefore, the only way to change it is to replace the NIC.
