How do i install Hp laser printer ..................

I not very good with printer installation,but i have some experience with Networking.I need help with installing a new HP laser 400 printer,that should be joining a network ,with a personal static ip address.How do i start and were do i go to configure the printer to work well.
Please help me.

HI!
At da corp, I have all my printers in Networking. I use a PC per each one. Install it on one PC 'n let Windows do da rest when ya add a new Printer on da Control Panel. I hope this help ya, if not, let me know what ya need.

Is this printer going to be used by multiple users, or is it just going to be a local printer for one machine?
