Hello all, I have multiple network based HP 4000 printers, all with envelope feeders and and additional paper tray (tray 3). Recently, all the clients are "loosing" the config's for the feeder and paper tray. The users have to go to control panel, printers, prop. of the printer, and add the 2 things back in. They can then print off the correct tray, but then the settings are gone again!

HP 4000 printer - client config. question

I have seen this happen before with an HP Printer and it just so happens that it was a server based issue. I'm not sure if this situation would be the same. Check your print server configurations.
