So far all. I can restore from the disks, but not a small portion of one of the sessions on the disks. It's almost as if the disk is full, but there's nothing in the logs to suggest that that actually is happening.

We had the same, at least in appearance, problem. Turns out the drag and drop didn't work. Instead had to select a message (or multiples) and then go Actions | Archive | Archive selected Documents. That did the trick for us. Hope that helps dave

Only time rgb vs cymk would matter would be you'd want cymk if the file was going to a four-color printshop where separations are made (such as in large scale press shops). Otherwise both will look just about the same on a monitor. RGB being slightly better (but not better enough to care about).
