Notes Archive

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help with a problem i have archiving mail, im using R5.0.012 on win2000. When I try to drag a mail into the archive folder it looks like it has archived, but there is nothing in the archive mailbox. If i tick the document and select archive now it adds it to the archive fine??
I have tried re-creating the archive, replacing the design on the mailbox,compacting the mailbox, re-installing notes and nothing seems to work ! any ideas would be a great help.

I am having exactly the same problem (my Client version is 5.0.11) - did you ever find a reason/solution?

We had the same, at least in appearance, problem. Turns out the drag and drop didn't work. Instead had to select a message (or multiples) and then go Actions | Archive | Archive selected Documents.

That did the trick for us.
