On Windows XP and earlier systems, I could get programs to start whenever I started the machine, by putting them into a 'startup' menu within the start menu. For Windows 7, this does not exist, or at least I cannot find it. I also cannot find any replacement function: Windows Help on Startup...

I'm moving from AOL, which had alwasy handled my mail. But when I try to get my old copy of Office to take over, it seems only to recognise phone lines and 'Local Area Networks'. Is that a limit of the software? Something I can't get round without an expensive upgrade...
