Yes, EAS was purchsed for both the switch & CMS server. From your answer, I'm assuming that I need to make the needed changes directly from the CMS server?

I'm using a MM711AP at one of our clinical locations as a trunk card. For the past 2-3 days, the users have been complaining that calls are dropping as soon as they pickup the call. As anyone had any troubles with this circuit pack being used as a trunk card? Thanks In Advance.

Sorry for so long with an update, but it turned out that the CF card was bad, and after a lengthy trail & error learning experience in backing up & transferring the IOS, I had another CF card which I loaded the IOS on, and all was well. I really appreciate everyones reponses and assistance.
