EAS Upgrade

We've just upgrade from basic call ceter to EAS. I'm getting an error that the ACD link is down. I've busy & released the MIS and the processor channel/link. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks In Advance.
 
Did you purchase EAS on the CMS server (cmssvc, option 1). Is your switch configured on the CMS server with EAS active (cmssvc, switch info).

Yes, EAS was purchsed for both the switch & CMS server. From your answer, I'm assuming that I need to make the needed changes directly from the CMS server?
 
Correct. Login to the CMS as root. Type 'cmssvc'. Select the option to turn off CMS. Type 'cmssvc'. Select the option for Switch Setup'. Edit your options. Type 'cmssvc' and turn the CMS back on.
