Hello all, if someone could enlighten me please, I'm preparing to upgrade to EAS. And my question is when I have agents logged into multiple splits, will each agent logged into each split count against my license total? Thanks in advance.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
1 login counts as 1 agent. doesn't matter how many skills they are assigned on their login ID.

Thanks for the quick reply, at least I won't have that to worry about any more...not for a while anyway....
