Cured it! The .wgx file was on a CD, when I copied it over to C:\ it retained the Read-only bit. Cleared read only, all fine now! (Except it's on the same box as a Checkpoint and a Cisco VPN client, and doesn't run properly if the Cisco service is running, but that's another story!) Thanks...
