Unable to access Internet Services for Xerox Workcentre Pro 40C

Hello,

Happy New Year Everyone!! I'm trying to edit the smtp address for our Workcentre Pro 40C. I type in the ip address on the web browser and am receiving 404 - Page cannot be displayed. HTTP is enabled and I am able to ping its IP address. Has anyone come across this issue? Thanks for any help/suggestions.

My Xerox Workstation Pro is a different model number, but it is possible to change the HTTP port from 80 to range 8000-9999. Could be this is what's happened to yours.

As a Xerox field tech (although not trained on the WCP 40C), the first thing I'd do is print a configuration report.

Xerox's website states that networking is an upgrade for this model. You may have some documentation for the network upgrade module, or you may be able to obtain it from Xerox.
