Are you sure it's the right driver ? Have you checked ON the video card to see what model it was ?, maybe it's just the wrong card you're trying to install.

Renard64, Have you tried to change your memory, cuz if it freeze when you try to test it, it's apparently related to that. try to put another type of memory, and maybe it'll work
