Last Java release that I have found to work is 1.8.66. Also if the EM installation is failing that is usually caused by a previous installation of EM. Will need to verify that it is uninstall via Programs/Features tab in your Control Panel settings and then remove the .bcm directory that you...
Professional Call Center was for BCM 3.5/3.6 and early BCM50 R1 and R2 system (using only the basic version). ICC has taken its place for later releases of BCM. I think Call Pilot 100/150 also were able to utilize Professional Call Center. Basically 2.4.XXX RCC version were compatible with...
latest patches are SU22 and Desktop 5. Conference issue was corrected in an earlier patch that released the DSP conference ports in an orderly manner. Hopefully new patches will correct problem if not then could be the DSP ram card. Also make a backup first before installing latest patches then...
Which version of RCC are you running. The older MySQL 2.4.360 or MS SQLExpress 2.45.
You can save the database, put in a new template and attempt to retrieve data back from March 6.
Can also try the dbfixutil that sometimes will correct the problem. Otherwise would need to change
the date in...
Downloaded DMM 1.1.7 and was able to pull a good backup of database and voice mail.. Apparently DMM 1.1.5 is broke. Did have to load on a XP computer with little since of security. Company laptop would not load properly.
I would save the old database, replace with a fresh database and test. Sound like the
database may have some corruption. Also the old dbfixutil should still run if you want to
give that a try. Always save the database files before attempting.
I assume this is a BCM50 R2. The best combination I've found is installing RCC 2.4.360 along with CCRS 31.10.36.22.
You can save the old SQL database to another folder then remove CCRS, RCC and MySQL in that order. The RCC2.4.360
will provide MySql 4.1.24 which closes some security loopholes...
bluemr2 is absoultely right. do it every week. you will need at least Element Manager 63.0.x to load the regenerated keycodes into
the R6 box. patches not included so will need these first before starting the hand-keying
This is usually a corruption in the database due to an invalid clid record coming
throught the BCM. If you stop RCC and SQL services then restart, open RCC web page
and go to maintenance>status page. click on download status and see if it asks you
to skip the next record. If you do not get this...
Copy the CCRDB.mdf and CCRDB_log.mdf form the old server and replace the ones presently in your new server. If the old databases was good before the upgrade then the system should start pulling records from the oldest record in the BCM. Will need to reset your connection page on the RCC server...
First need to know what version of BCM and release you have.
Then need the RCC version to verify SQL database.
Basically slq database will reside in one of the following
2 folders dependent upon BCM release and desktop patches installed.
look in C:program files\MySQL\MySQL Server 4.1\Data\CCRDB...
Avaya/Nortel is in the process of developing a solution for 64 bit systems. This will be in desktop 5.1.x.x and should be released around August for the CS1000 side. Can possibly grab
that when it comes out and attempt to install with a BCM platform.
Should be released a few months later for the...
I would run http://localhost/rcc/ccrstest.htm to verify that you are connecting to the BCM. If you see good data then verify Java version. Check IE under tools>advance and verify the java is check in your browser. Also MS updates to .net framework can cause issues. Any .net framewwork with SP2...
Problem is with SU12. Avaya has a soak patch in the works. In the meantime if it is an issue Avaya can pull the CTI APP back out and this appears to correct the problem. I was told the new design patch should be out within the next couple of weeks.
You'll be loading RCC 2.5.46x which has problems with MS .net framework 2,3,4 with any service packs. Will need to remove these first before IIS is loaded on server/PC. If they are already installed remember in Add/Remove Programs to remove newest one first (ex. MS .net framework 3.5 SP1. Hope...
iF YOUR RUNNING MYSQL SERVER 4.1 (RCC 2.4.3XX) THEN WILL NEED TO
PIRGE THE DATABASE, THEN OPTIMIZE THE LARGE FILES AND THEN RUN DBFIXUTIL. IS YOUR UTILIZING MICROSOFT SQL SERVER 2005 THEN VERIFY THAT NO .NET FRAMEWORKS ARE INSTALLED HIGHER THEN 2.0 WITHOUT ANY SERVICE PACKS. THESE CAN CAUSE A...
If the report pages are blank more then likely the server has performed and auto update and your .net framework services were updated with a service pack. Try removing these in add/remove programs in control panel. ALLWAYS remove latest first, ex. .net framework 3.5 SP1, then .net framewrok 3.0...
back up your database then try the following:
Programs> MS SQL 2005>Config. Tools>Reporting Services Configuration; Select CONNECT; Select Report Server Virtual Directory; check "Apply Default Settings" Apply.
Exit and try to run reports.
