Contacting the contact center reporting server for customised reports

Dear All,
i am trieng to develop application for customized reporting on the CCRS for avaya business communication manager every thing is installed probably i guess and i can get the reports from the BCM in the CCRS and iam also able to communicate with the CCRS by the HTTP but the result from it is blank i am using the ccrs HTTP test tool that provided with the development toolkit and always i am getting blank result no any XML output appear how i can solve this issue and what should be the reason ?
 
I will assume you will have to have the contact centre reporting KEYCODE installed..
CCRS reports wont work without it.

Theonly other reports are CDR reports,(call detail reporting)
This more for call Mangement and costing of calls.
 
If the report pages are blank more then likely the server has performed and auto update and your .net framework services were updated with a service pack. Try removing these in add/remove programs in control panel. ALLWAYS remove latest first, ex. .net framework 3.5 SP1, then .net framewrok 3.0 SP2 and so on. .Net framework 2.0 with NO service pack is the only one yo want running on the system. Hope this works.
