Client apparently has Professional Call Center on a BCM400 4.0 and wants reporting.
All I can see is is ICC Reporting but is that only for ICC or will it work for the older Professional Call Center as well?

I am trying to figure out which auth code is needed and if anything else required.

Thanks
cc

Morning Curly

This keycode was used on a BCM 400 with RCC installed on a computer

SystemId: ZZZZZZ0E0000
Sequence: 14
KeyType: 2
# BCM 4.0 Upgrade
299 104
# ICC
279 1
# ICC Reporting
274 1

I hope this answers your query?

Not relay, sorry.

My question is will ICC Reporting work with Professional Call Center

The system you have shown has ICC and not Professional Call Center

Could be one in the same but I cant find evidence.

I see NTKC0122 Reporting for Call center but it states for BCM 3.X
4.0 appears to use ICC but if the client claims they have a 4.0 then why do they show as having Professional Call Center instead of ICC.

I have requested a screen shot, it's via another vendor/partner of mine.

Your right about 236 but I have a note that says 237 is for CP100/150 only.
Maybe because it only works on 3.X and not 4.0 and up.

Professional Call Center was for BCM 3.5/3.6 and early BCM50 R1 and R2 system (using only the basic version). ICC has taken its place for later releases of BCM. I think Call Pilot 100/150 also were able to utilize Professional Call Center. Basically 2.4.XXX RCC version were compatible with Professional and the later versions are 2.6.xxx and 2.45.xxx. These utilize MS SQL database vs MySQL with the older versions.

I've never heard of pro call center on a 4.0. When a BCM is upgraded from 3.7 (with Pro CC) to 4.0, it changes to ICC. Then you would need the ICC reporting.

NTKC0270 is the part # for the Reporting for ICC for a BCM 400.

I can help you locate 1 if you still need it.

Ok thanks!
