    Is there a station lock on the phone? I use the staion lock on my desk phone so at night no one can place outside calls on my phone. If you log in with another agent id on that same phone do you have the same issue?

    Hi CM 6.x If we have a station with SAC active we can do a status station command and see that SAC is active. Also a similar example is the "list call-forwarding " command to see if CFW is active. Is there a command to tell if Do Not Disturb is active on a station? Thanks in advance!
