    That is how transfer return works, you can turn it off but I am not aware of any option other then it ringing back to the phone that transferred the call. If you are not using voicemail and want unanswered calls to go to a group, you could set the users Forward On No Answer to go to the group...

    IP 500v2 With 11.1.3.0.0 cant use SysMonitor app.

    The IP Office itself is still not vlan configurable and does not do lldp. The only good way to deal with it is for them to set the switch port to the correct vlan. I have personally have found every brand of switches seem to deal with lldp differently and have never found it to be reliable...

    This is how I did a similar job, you take 50 pair cable and put 30 rj45 ends on it. If they had room in the box with the MDF I would terminate them but with the space shortage I suppose you could just connect the other end directly to the MDF cables. http://www.atcomsystems.ca ACSS,AIPS

    It sounds like what has happened is the phone is offline. If you check the twin when logged out option it should fix it. IP office phones will still appear to ring from the callers end even if they are offline. http://www.atcomsystems.ca ACSS,AIPS

    I would try shutting down one-x from the web interface, that is the most resource intensive application on a UC module. I have not tried 11.1 on a UC module but on previous releases one-x can be a resource hog. http://www.atcomsystems.ca ACSS,AIPS
