I'm pulling my hair out on this one. I have a certain user where all of his calls originating from outside go to voicemail. I have forward unconditional checked and it works fine if I dial his 3 digit extension but calling his DID just goes almost straight to his Avaya VM. Inhibit off switch transfer is not enabled on his line or the trunk. I feel like I am probably missing something easy here but not sure. It's IPO ver 11 something embedded VM. The forward is pointing to an outside line.
