I have an issue where I have set up my sets with a DID, and a rollover line. When on a call, user wants the call to ring on the rollover, and if not answered, send to voice mail.

OK, I finally figured it out.
I had not defined the 1st alt reroute assigned to the DID Directory numbers in the rerouting table, only to the prime number assigned to the phone. Made the change, works like a champ.

Actual result is calls do not forward, they continue to ring until caller hangs up.
The COS Call forward no answer timer is set to 15.

I have a DID number that when dialed from outside, goes directly to a greeting programmed in an administrators mailbox. When dialed 4 digits internally, prompts the caller to enter their voicemail password.

I got back on site today, and did discover that the line appearance was indeed programmed in the call reroute table.
Removed the appearance, problem solved.
