I have an issue where I have set up my sets with a DID, and a rollover line. When on a call, user wants the call to ring on the rollover, and if not answered, send to voice mail.
I set up a 1st alt for each phone, setting "this" on the busy fields, making the destination number the rollover extension.
Then I set up a 2nd alt entry, setting "this" for all fields, making the destination the voice mail pilot number.
The rollover works, but does not go to voice mail. I thought this was working the other day, but it has stopped, and I cannot see why.
