One of our Client have MiCC ver 6.0.2.0 with Remote SQL 2008.
Now they are upgrading to SQL 2016 with Windows Server 2016 on New VMWare Blade. Also we are Upgrading MiCC to ver 8.1.4.0 on Windows Server 2016 with new VMWare Blade.

Also i installed the intermediate certificate. I Received two files the Certificate and CA-BUNDLE File i installed both SSL Certificate and CA-BUNDLE as intermediate certificate.

Micollab Client on PC and Micollab Client Mobile are working on local Lan but are unable to connect from outside.

Yes the queue exist in Mitel after sync it will add the queue but it did not update all the fields path reporting no and Agent group also and when i clicking on that it will give me error message.
when i am adding any new queue which is not exist in Mitel its give me the same error Message.

The Service Provider said there are multiple 180 ringing messages from Mitel which causes the issue.
They told me to disable multiple 180 ringing messages. It should be single 180 ringing Message.

I am facing problem on SIP Trunk when somebody calls from the particular mobile network in the same city it can hear the ringback tone once then Silence but its ringing on the IP Phone and some time it disconnect immediately but somebody calls from the different city from same mobile network...
i synchronize many times after than the issue has been resolved.
Disable SDS sync in system options in both controllers then enable again and then sync again.
or sync user data only.
