MiCollab Incoming calls reject

Hi,
I have deployed MiCollab in lan mode and MBG in DMZ. I am facing an issue the micollab client soft phone rejects the incoming call. when I am trying to call from one Micollab client soft phone to another micollab client soft phone it status changed from Green to Red and after some time I got an call failed message.I run the Packet trace in the MBG and I found 408 call rejected messages in packet capture.

Any help would be really appreciated.

yes this is a soft phone MiCollab Client.
I just programmed Generic SIP Client in MiVoice Business.
 
Why did you do anything on the MiVB?
Is it connected as a network element? If not why not?
When you program a user on the MiCollab server with a UC endpoint then this should be configured on the MiVB by the MiCOllab server as they are in sync.
All you need to do is send the email.

No, it is not connected as a network element.
I have programmed User in Mivoice Business and MiCollab Client Sync the user from MiVoice Business and I have send the deployment email.
The MiCollab Client on Android will register and I am able to make an external outgoing call but the problem is when calling from another client to the Android Client the status Shows Red(Busy) but the call was Rejected.
