Hi,

I am deploying Micollab(7.1) in server-gateway mode. I installed third party certificate.
Micollab Client on PC and Micollab Client Mobile are working on local Lan but are unable to connect from outside.
In MiCollab Client Deplyment Diagnostic when i run the test iam getting Error: DEPTH_ZERO_SELF_SIGNED_CERT.
Also in under Mivoice Border Gateway > Service Configuration > Application Integration under Micollab Client Error "Generating Certificate Configuration Failed".

Any help highly Appreciated.

Thanks

Sounds like the cert is properly installed, go to a site that can verify it like ssl labs

add the intermediate certificate

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Hi

I Checked on it's giving all ok with chain.
Also i installed the intermediate certificate. I Received two files the Certificate and CA-BUNDLE File i installed both SSL Certificate and CA-BUNDLE as intermediate certificate.

Thanks

Generally depending on how you created the csr, you may need the key plus all certs

Thanks guys, I installed the certificate from different company and now able to connect from mobile on micollab client.
But i am facing one problem when i am calling to other extension the call will be failed. I checked in local network from Micollab PC Client and able to call. Am i missing something?

Have they checked use teleworker gateway? Also may need to add the pseudo mac to the MBG as a teleworker phone

Hi,

what do you mean by checked use teleworker gateway? Could you please explain.

Thanks in advance

I believe you need to create another sip extension for MiCollab Mobile. As MiCollab Mobile Client supports SIP only.

Thanks I don't have the Micollab Mobile sip client license so will buy the license.
Now i need to configure Micollab sip Client on windows from outside i enable sip softphone in softphone settings in desktop Micollab client and now sip softphone credentials screen appears again and again and the sip softphone unable to register

Does it work locally? If it only doesn't work outside office, please verify your entry in MBG.
