Call Drop and no Ringback on SIP Trunk

I am facing problem on SIP Trunk when somebody calls from the particular mobile network in the same city it can hear the ringback tone once then Silence but its ringing on the IP Phone and some time it disconnect immediately but somebody calls from the different city from same mobile network they will hear the ring back tone and it's working fine.

MiVoice Business 7.0 and MBG as a Outbound Proxy and MBG Connected as Server Gateway-mode.

Does anyone has experienced this problem.
 
so is it all calls or only from this one mobile network?
do you have any codes retricted?
sounds like the signalling is reaching the handset but the RTP cant stream

what do you mean by codes restricted?

i will try changing the early answer option and let you know.

The Service Provider said there are multiple 180 ringing messages from Mitel which causes the issue.
They told me to disable multiple 180 ringing messages. It should be single 180 ringing Message.
