I am facing a problem in MiCC 8.0.1.0 when adding a queue manually i am getting error (Unable to save because one or more elements are invalid. Would you like to repair the first invalid element?).

did anyone face this issue?

Highly Appreciated for support.

Thanks

Does the queue already exist in the Mitel and you are trying to add it to the MiCC? if that is the case it could be erroring out because you are set to Read/Write and it is trying to add something that already exists. When you click on yes to repair the first invalid element where does it take you?

Yes the queue exist in Mitel after sync it will add the queue but it did not update all the fields path reporting no and Agent group also and when i clicking on that it will give me error message.

when i am adding any new queue which is not exist in Mitel its give me the same error Message.

Thanks
