    Have completely uninstalled, reinstalled, and still not luck. Defaulted all security settings, still nothing. Any additional suggestions would be much appreciated. With one-x portal connected it never goes back to voicemail for >REQUESTPIN it just updates the display on the phone.

    In voicemail pro, my experience is that if you change a name, the account folder will get renamed, but all messages are still present. Sounds like that is not what happened. Did you possibly delete the user and then recreate? If so they are gone.

    Well there is only on way to receive, so I assume it is direct over IP,... because that is how it works. It sends after each call to the IP and port specified. Set a port to mirror and run wireshark.

    SCN routing between LAN1and LAN2

    set it up without routes to networks you don't want to connect to directly. Turn off direct media path. You can control the behavior and passage of IP telephony through the programming without using separate interfaces. Use routers to route, not a phone system.

    Recently upgraded 8.1(52) systems to 8.1(65) because of the "Please Wait..." issue. All phones are 9508 with internal Auto Answer enabled and now when calling from Site A to Site B there is no audible tones. Tones do exist internally at each site, but not across the SCN. Anyone run into this?
