SMDR stops sending

Hello all, on one of our sites we are running 8.1.43. Customer is reporting SMDR stops being sent after a couple of hours.

Has anyone seen something similar before?

I don't know about how he is receiving (nor is it relevant in case he has bugs or other issues) - what i would like it to know please is a way to test this independently and with what tools that are known to work? Even logging to the screen or file would be good enough.

Any other ideas also much appreciated.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Well there is only on way to receive, so I assume it is direct over IP,... because that is how it works. It sends after each call to the IP and port specified. Set a port to mirror and run wireshark.
