We are one of several having park button issues which I am told is related to the 8.1.67 release. I am told I can open a case. In the meantime, I want to downgrade a little.

Does it make sense for me to go to 8.1.56 which is on the support site? Can I just download those bins and then change the directory on my manager 8.1.67 to point there or is the whole 8.1.67 manager an issue? If so I could uninstall and reinstall a whole different Manager.

Just need guidance on which build is overall most stable and if I can just use the bins on my .67 manager.

FYI - pretty basic operation, no onex or cordlesses, just PRI and mix of digital, ip, and analog phones.

Thanks

It is not a manager issue so downgrade to another version can be done by changing the bins directory and then run the uograde wizard.

go to 8.1.43 which has none of those park or SCN issues

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

After 8.1.43 there were 2 separate paths. Always consider advise from tlpeter. By the way tlpeter I owe you a star. You got my beeps working across SCN.[thumbsup]

There is a bug with 8.1.43 where the system reboots when a. too many sessions of monitor are open and b. A CCR agent, pressed an ACW key whilst another member of the huntgroups phone is ringing. It is not in the fix list but they do exist trust me.
I would recommend 8.1.57

Piethief, can you update my memory?
Nice that i have helped you but i cannot remember it anymore :)
