Make sure that you update the deplist,mgc loadware and firmware
as well. I experienced 2 issues after an upgrade to 6.0. System wide cross talk (an established call could be entered just by picking up another phone to make a call) and you couldn't transfer
a caller to voice mail using Express...
Oh how I long for days of yesteryear when the venerable
2008/2616 w/disp would show that info in a large ,
easy to read display. Try turning off the call log on the
1120 so it will display more info when receiving a call. Under telephone options I believe you can say
yes or no to call log.

There is a a service update SU_4 for Rls 3.6 that will solve your problem. You need an experienced BCM Tech to

I've seen this error before and a previous post suggested it may be a protocol mismatch in your D ch config. I was able to clear mine by
correcting a Rls ID mismatch. Was 22 should have been 21.
NO PRI2 does not mean dual pri card. A dual DTI card in the Nortel world is a circuit card that provide's 2 PRI's using one network card slot. You need to find out what type of card or interface is in the Shortel in order to program your end . also unless
using a CSU, you'll need a T-1...
A "member" is a channel or trunk. A "route" is composed of a "member" or"Members" and is used to by callers into the PBX stations or directs the PBX stations to various functions such as calling out to an outside number, overhead paging ,recorded announcements etc.,etc.
The TMDI's are very flaky. In LD 48 can you see the tmdi as enabled? Are you getting any error codes, if so post them. One last
thing have you tried an INI or SYSLOAD? You may just have to
"Burp the Baby" to get them to act right.
